There is a great cookbook called Culinary Tea that I'd definitely recommend! I have only taken inspiration from it so far though and made a few dishes with lapsang because of the delicious smokiness. There are tons of recipes I need to try, but I'm more improv in my cooking, don't follow directions well. I do like green teas and oolong too. Sometimes I like herbals and reds, but not usually. I've not really liked any white teas I've had, but I haven't tried many... so I don't really know!

I have two documents I found yesterday at the LDS library. Seven page marriage document of Epifanio Cassuolo and Alfonsa Giannone. I have one page birth document from Epifanio from 1876. I have a scanner and can send them over. At some point I am going back. Writing a book about my Grandma and these are her parents.
