All who plan on attending the dinner for the Scottish Rite Ceremony of Remembrance & Renewal.

I received this e-mail from the Grand Secretary of the Grand Lodge of Utah.

Worshipful Sir,

Saw the meet-up reminder for the Ceremony of Remembrance & Renewal.  Looks great. Thank you for all you do for  Utah masonry.  Just a few words of advise:  The public is definitely invited.  We want to be certain they understand what they may be attending, ie. a ceremony of personal reflection as well as a celebration and memorial for departed members. 

Also, since a reservation for dinner is an absolute must, anyone planning to join us for dinner needs to make a reservation for their meals through the Grand Lodge [masked].  The reservation deadline is Friday, April 1, 2011.  Our Office hours are 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Also given the nature of the ceremony we respectfully request children not attend given the solemnity of the ceremony.  Thanks again for all you do.
